Can I customize my order? Use different colors? Bulk orders?

Absolutely! Email me with (1) color options (2) date you need it by. Leis & lanyards can be in 1-4 different colors. For bulk orders of over 10 leis, please contact me as early as possible!

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Please email me regarding your order prior to the return/exchange! I'll do my best to resolve the issue. Returns are not available for custom orders.

Where is my order?

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment. Expect delivery within 5 business days for domestic, 2-3 weeks for international. Expedited shipping is only available for US customers and will take 2-3 days.
